Every day, people everywhere also use Skype to make low-cost calls to landlines and mobiles phones.The Advertising/New Monetization Team at Skype is responsible for driving the monetization of Skype''s free user base through traditional and new types of Advertising as well as defining new business models. This could include but is not limited to Brand sponsored or Partner sponsored programs that could take advantage of not just CPM and CPC models but CPA, revenue shares or cost-per-call models.Responsibilities-Implement, monitor and report on campaigns for our non-guaranteed partners-Provide supplementary reporting and analytics to sales houses where required-Compile metrics and analyze operational and yield performance for our direct sales efforts-Manage overall site discrepancies, impression volumes and day to day fluctuation of performance-Work with our mobile trafficking team on new mobile initiatives, backfill inventory and troubleshooting-Manage and QA internal house campaigns & delivery-Work with cross functional supports teams on ad delivery escalation-QA of rich media creativesSkills & Experience-1-3 years of experience in ad operations in both mobile and display products-Experience managing yield for multiple sales channels-Experience building and managing ad network, SSP, DSP, & CPA relationships-Very detail oriented-Strong analytic skills-Previous experience working in new growing divisions (start-up experience desired)-Self-starter-Strong technical skills
