Design formal plans to test various products, including identification of success metrics.- Perform due diligence on new product and technological opportunities.- Work with global counterparts to ensure standard approach to roll-out of Skype''s advertising products as per the business process.- Act as a consultant to the sales and ad operations teams, providing in-depth advertising product knowledge, on both display and mobile products.- Engage with cross functional teams to ensure product and market readiness.- Track product launch success and analyze key product and process obstacles to adoption.- Collaborate with Channel marketing and Sales to design and deliver both technical and commercial product training seminars across the business.- Work closely with Sales on large RFPs and new initiatives, advising on technical implementation and end-to-end requirements.- Working with Sales on sourcing and on-boarding new advertising launch partners.Candidate Profile- Active interest in how innovation and technology is driving change in digital marketing- Must possess a passion for problem solving, an eye for detail, patience and the ability to multitask- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations- Ability to work across multiple projects and remote teams across various time zones- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on dataQualifications- BS- Minimum six years experience in online or mobile advertising- Advanced technical knowledge of ad-serving methods, advertising tracking technologies, rich media and video products.- Experience working with various technology providers, advertisers, ad exchanges and ad networks.- Proven track record for product delivery and demonstrated ability to provide hands-on project management- Strong client facing skills
