Reporting to the District Manager, this hands-on General Manager will be tasked with bringing innovative ideas to the table to creatively incorporate health and wellness into our retail café food service operation. This position will encompass all facets of GM level responsibility including training and development, labor management, inventory control, financial management, day to day oversight, creative menu development and client satisfaction. In addition, this position will provide assistance to several smaller accounts providing support, direction and guidance.Our ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary background in addition to management experience. Demonstrated experience with innovative menu planning and superior organizational skills are required. Experience in Corporate Food Services or Restaurant Management is preferred. A culinary degree or certification would be a plus.
