<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Knowledgable in the area of heavy duty truck specifications. Solicit truck sales business from assigned accounts and/or through personal and phone contacts. Prospect for new customers in a manner prescribed by management. Know how to properly fill out all paperwork associated with a truck sales transaction. Obtain Sales Managers approval on all truck deals. Coordinate service work such as PDI, miscellaneous add ons and/or repairs with the service department.  Purchase Order with an authorized signature is required before the truck is sent to service. Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance Departments providing accurate  information and paperwork to assist in obtaining customer financing and insurances. Follow departmental procedures in completing truck paperwork using available systems tools. Maintain client and prospect databases. Attend training seminars when possible. Act as a public relations liaison for the dealership. Coordinate with supervisor and is available for assigned floor days, required meetings and other appointed times consistent and required to conduct and maintain the sales department business. Personal computer skills, familiarity with accounting and other software for dealer operations. Must have valid drivers license and be insurable. AA and EO Employer.
