At the end of the Internship, the intern would have learned about the various activities involved in project management& business analysis.Essential FunctionsManage projects for Information SecurityAssisting with project management, project coordination, financial forecasting, work tracking, and status meetings.Competencies and Skills the Intern will Learn:The intern will be heavily involved in, and will learn MS Project, project management, including tracking, status, communications, execution, planning. Organizational structure of a large company. The intern will also be involved in financial planning, forecasting, and tracking.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications - 2.8 GPA or higher - Academic students seeking professional training within a business corporate environment - Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Interested in learning about leadership and information technology Project Management desire or experience. Organized, articulate, personable. Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Student should be in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or Operations and Technology Management program Self-motivated Quick-learner Reliable & DependablePreferred Qualifications - Students pursuing a Bachelor''s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or related degree with coursework in Information Systems. - Working knowledge of MS Project - Freshman or Sophomore college student with two or three summers remaining prior to graduation. - 6 to 12 months educational experience within coursework emphasizing specific technical or business curriculum.
