<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Cal Spas is looking for charismatic, energetic Inside Sales Representative with a solid background selling and demonstrating products
BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY
Prospect for new dealers through the use of cold calling, following up with publication  online leads and other manufacturers dealer lists  websites.
Making daily calls to dealers to obtain orders, present product specials, training dealers in all aspects of Cal Spas and create harmonious relationships.
Deliver product sales and product classes/training to dealer network and international network  via online, field and onsite
Create and develop new training materials for process, product and sales related topics for use by dealers.
Create and develop online sales product training sessions and webinars, including curriculum, training materials, target audience, training dates, and evaluations to educate and train customers.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of two years sales and/or demonstration experience
A minimum of an Associate degree in an appropriate field is required a Bachelors degree is highly desirable.
The ability to design and deliver sales and product training
Experience training customers
Excellent verbal, written and public speaking skills.
The ability to travel overnight 10% of the time.
The ability to work in a high visibility position, to interface closely top management and customers.
Must have good technical skills to use state-of-art sales tools CRM, Powerpoint, Excel, Internet, Website, online training, etc.
