JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property. Assist site manager with move-ins, move-outs and annual inspections. Promptly prepare vacant units for occupancy. Assist site manager with purchase of supplies and equipment, maintain inventory control of all tools, equipment and supplies. Assit in custodial work such as common areas, laundry rooms, rest rooms recreation centers, etc. Perform typical maintenance duties such as electrical repairs to applicances, fixtuers, switches and circuits. Plumbing repairs to water and sewage systems including replacement of water heaters etc. Painting of interior apartments. Accurately complete work orders and enter into computer system. Must be computer literate.
