JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES  RESPONSIBILITIES
Under close supervision with detailed instruction
and intermittent review.  Responsible for
performing repetitive electro/mechanical servo
assemblies and aircraft sub-assembled components.
Follows established procedures, assembly
documentation, work instructions, methods and
sequence of operation in performing mechanical
assembly.  Working with various hand tools.  May
monitor and verify quality in accordance with
control procedures.
Performs repetitive tasks in preparation for
mechanical assemblies or subassemblies.
Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to
specifications may assemble, disassemble and
repair routine assemblies according to
specifications.
Monitors quality in accordance with quality
specifications.
Performs duties as required in disassembly,
cleaning, inspection and kitting mechanical
components consisting of gear assemblies and servo
motors.
Performs housekeeping and cleanup duties upon
completion of assigned tasks.
Responsible for observing all laws, regulations
and other applicable obligations wherever and
whenever business is conducted on behalf of the
Company.  Expected to work extended hours as
necessary.  Other duties as assigned.
This facility works a 9/80 schedule.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Typically requires a high school diploma or
equivalent. Must be customer focused and possess
1 the ability to communicate and understand
written and verbal communication 2 the ability
to read assembly documentation such as diagrams,
drawings, specifications, work instructions and
wire lists 3 familiarity with use of soldering
and compression connection tools 4 knowledge of
computer operations and applications pertinent to
the position and 5 good visual perception and
ability to distinguish between colors. The ability
to work independently or in a team environment is
essential as is the ability to work extended hours
