<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Under minimal supervision, this position is
responsible for monitoring the assignment of
employees to company contracts that have Service
Contract Act SCA requirements and may provide
administrative support  to one or more human
resource areas.  Maintains, processes, and
compiles a variety of confidential and sensitive
electronic and hard copy human resource records
and statistics, which requires considerable use of
tact and discretion in handling. Provides
information on requests from various levels of
management and other authorized parties and/or
agencies. Summarizes, prepares and may present
various electronic and hard copy reports.
Assignments are complex in nature where judgment
is required in facilitating and interpreting non-
routine issues.
Assess that assigned employees are appropriately
matched to a job in the SCA Directory of
Occupations, that the employees compensation
meets SCA Wage Determination WD minimum
requirements, and that the employees Health
Welfare, Holiday, and Vacation benefits meet SCA
minimum requirements.
If necessary, coordinates additional payments to
employees, to meet SCA minimum requirements.
Develops and maintains comprehensive records of
time worked, pay and benefits of employees
assigned to SCA Contracts and coordinates with
Human Resources and appropriate management.
Maintains and updates a variety of confidential
and sensitive electronic and/or hard copy records
and/or files.
Other duties as assigned or required.
Responsible for observing all laws, regulations,
and other applicable obligations wherever and
whenever business is conducted on behalf of the
Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in
accordance with established operating procedures
and practices.
