Key Areas of ResponsibilityLead and motivate a dedicated team of support analysts in delivering the best level three support to our customer base through interaction with Teradata Technical Support agents, field engineers, and customers. Direct the building and development of the skill set of each team member through training opportunities. Perform incident analysis to identify failure trends and improvement opportunities. Manage a 7x24 support model to provide an environment dedicated to diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software problems. Provide immediate P1 incident review and consultation. Work with other support team managers and engineering managers to improve our support environment to expand knowledge, automate problem solving procedures and improve customer and associate satisfaction.Work EnvironmentThis position is located in San Diego, CA (Rancho Bernardo).
