<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: Fleet Specialist (Rancho Dominguez, CA)Location: CA-Rancho DominguezJob Number:_1201761DIRECTV is currently seeking a skilled Fleet Specialist to join its Rancho Dominguez, CA team.The Fleet Specialist provides service to the site by ensuring compliance with fleet policies, identifying operational efficiency and cost saving opportunities, and assisting the site in maintaining safe and operational vehicles.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include : * Review and authorize maintenance and damage repairs. * Identify cost savings, cost avoidance, and improvement opportunities through financial analysis of fleet reporting systems.* Maintain vehicle inventory and driver assignments. * Assist in acquisition and disposition of company vehicles.* Evaluate fleet activities and make responsible recommendations for improvements.* Issue fuel cards and pin numbers.* Other duties and special projects as assigned.* Solid organizational and verbal and written communication skills * Solid knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email software (preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Solid knowledge of fleet management systems and processes required. * Solid knowledge of industry manufacturers, suppliers and available resources necessary.EDUCATION:Associate degree or equivalent business experience required.EXPERIENCE:Minimum three (3) years fleet, cable, and/or satellite operations experience.Job: Installations
