Responsible for working with medical staff leadership in planning, developing and maintaining the support structure necessary for the Medical Staff to carry out its duties and responsibilities pursuant to the Medical Staff Bylaws, regulatory requirements and hospital policy. EMH management and Medical Staff members rely upon this individual''s comprehensive expertise and knowledge in Medical Staff-related issues. Preferred Education:Bachelors Degree; Medical Staff Services sciences courses preferred.Required Licensure/Certification:CMSC - Current certification by National Assoc. of Med Staff Service Professionals.Required Experience:3-5 years in a management position directly related to medical staff services.HR Use Only:
