This full-time career opportunity has a Monday thru Friday dayshift schedule, and is located at our outpatient center in Rancho Mirage, CA. In this medical front office position you will get to:* Greet incoming patients and visitors.* Be a liaison between the physician and the patient.* Register patients and perform insurance verifications and authorizations.* Answer phones, schedule patients, and schedule any other necessary follow-ups, so that patients can be seen by our staff of professionals and get quality care.* Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns.* Coordinate with staff for timely care of patients.* Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.Professional, patient focused, learning focused, and reliable applicants with medical / radiology front office work experience (or formal medical office education/training) get your career moving.
