Assist design staff with general production work
and act as a dedicated project production
assistant
Proofread production for accuracy and content
Create template based design projects
Prepare existing project files for reprint
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality in
each project.
Work closely with designers to insure all specific
criteria are met for items being produced
Responsible for archiving reprint files after
completion
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Interest in design and visual communication
Good communication skills and willingness to
complete project requirements in a professional
manner
Ability to work well with others in a team
environment, follow detailed instructions, and be
deadline driven
Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail.
Availability to work some evenings and weekends on
