Use your commitment to quality and your software
testing knowledge to advance our cutting-edge
ArcGIS software. Your work will involve the
development of new testing techniques and tools.
Responsibilities
         Develop and enhance new and existing
dynamic analysis tools on Linux, such as Valgrind
and GNU Debugger for detecting performance and
functionality defects in ArcGIS Linux
         Compile ArcGIS codebase in debug mode
for use with dynamic analysis
         Work with debugging information formats
such as PDB on Windows and DWARF on Linux to
understand output generated from dynamic analysis
         Parse output generated from dynamic
analysis to be reported
         Develop and integrate dynamic analysis
website for internal teams to review defects in
their respective product areas
         Work closely with internal developers in
various product areas to fix defects that arise
during dynamic analysis including Server, Runtime
and Platform teams
         Create test cases that reproduce defects
to assist internal developers in fixing defects
         Leverage and enhance existing testing
automation suites to take advantage of dynamic
analysis where applicable
Requirements
         Masters degree in computer science,
GIS, or related field
         Two years of experience in the position
offered or as a Software Engineer or GIS Product
Specialist
         Demonstrated experience with Linux and
