goals. We are seeking a professional with solid
experience in the delivery of training programs
and processes.
Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and evaluate employee development
programs and make appropriate recommendations for
future training effectiveness
Deliver training material through a variety of
mediums including instructor-led, group
facilitations, and web-based programs
Identify, recommend, develop, and execute programs
and processes in support of our performance
management system
Assist in the implementation of various change
management initiatives to support talent
development and retention strategies
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of
technical and business skills training
Requirements
Bachelors or masters in business, human
resources, or related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in all aspects
of training design, delivery, and measurement of
training effectiveness
Experience using instructional technologies to
increase accessibility and reduce training
expenses
Excellent presentation and verbal and written
communication skills
Exceptional emotional intelligence with great
critical thinking skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,
and Excel
Recommended Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills
