Esris consulting division.
Responsibilities
Lead pricing exercises on Professional Services
bid opportunities coordinate pricing efforts
Analyze Request for Proposals RFPs for costing
requirements prepare and review detailed cost
estimates
Provide subcontractor pricing guidelines and
review inputs received
Provide appropriate summaries for clients and
senior management
Support negotiation process
Support smooth transition from pricing to
budgeting
Review historical bids and project performance
Support development of rate schedules
Support the development of Estimate at Completion
EAC exercises
Develop historical metrics to validate pricing
Basis of Estimates BOEs
Support competitive rate analysis exercises
Requirements
Bachelors in business administration or related
field
Minimum of two years of experience in a pricing or
financial discipline
Ability to work well with all levels of staff /
functions within Esri
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and
Access including significant modeling experience
with Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven
environment
Ability to summarize complex pricing information
and present to senior management
