Develops and implements a root-cause analysis and corrective action program to reduce or eliminate failures and unplanned maintenance events. Responsible for developing facilities quality plans, programs and procedures utilizing statistical process control, lean manufacturing concepts, and six sigma tools and methodologies. Supervises a team that manages facilities assets, develops maintenance work plans and ensures that facilities infrastructure conforms to established company and regulatory standards. Supervises dispatch personnel to assure process adherence and documentation of all data required for maintenance performance metrics and equipment history. Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment. Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an asset maintenance plan. Develops contingency plans and engineering solutions to repetitive failures.Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Technical area with 9 years of related experience; Masters degree and 7 years experience. Requires hands-on maintenance experience and experience with root cause analysis statistical or trending analysis. Understanding of six sigma is required.
