<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Kelly Services a global leader of workforce solutions is recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor .The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for all processes related to planning, scheduling and execution/completion of maintenance activities for the Operations Department in the facility ( office, parking, dock and warehouse areas). Ensures compliance and adherence to all applicable internal and regulatory requirements for Occupational Safety and Health and Food Safety standards. Oversees staffing of maintenance as well as execution/adherence to the facility maintenance budget. A successful candidate will have experience with facilitating the development of a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to include scheduling, tracking and completion of required activities for ensuring consistent sustainable performance on factory equipment.Maintenance Supervisor Position Description:o Maintains and upholds the safety and quality standards of the organization and those set by industry.o Ensures that all maintenance activities in the facility are appropriately carried out.o Tracks all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a cycle of the same.o Ensures proper working shifts of employees.o Recruits maintenance staff and evaluating employee performance.o Interacts with other departments to ensure the proper functioning of all systems in facility.o Delegates work as appropriate to staff and ensuring the timely completion of the same.o Creates Work Orders and Purchase Orders for the maintenance of equipment and the documentation for the procurement of spare and replacement parts.o Repairs or replaces defective equipment or parts using hand or machines.o Performs preventative measures for safeguarding the machinery against any kind of degradation on a regular basis.o Inspection, operation and recording of maintenance work and associated costs.o Cleans, repairs and lubrication of parts.o Maintains overall cleanliness and proper functioning of maintenance areas, tools and machinery. Tracks and maintains inventory of tools needed for operations.o Paints and repairs windows, doors, walls and floors of the building and maintain performance on building support systems (HVAC, etc.)Maintenance Supervisor Job Requirements:o Minimum 2-3 years experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role in related field.o High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified college.
