<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Senior Inorganic Analytical ChemistJob ID:13013Location: CA - RichmondFull/Part Time:Full-TimeRegular/Temporary:RegularReturn to Previous Page ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supervising inorganic analysis staff performing sample preparation and Inductively Coupled Argon Plasma - Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICAP-AES), ICAP- Mass Spectrometry (ICAP-MS), and other classical inorganic and general chemistry analyses; assuring quality and timeliness of data products; assuring adherence to specifications of analytical methods; and resolving most analytical problems. Responsible for performing analysis of samples for elemental constituents using ICAP, ICP-MS, X-ray Fluorescence (X-RF)and other specified techniques, in accordance with designated analytical methods and QA/QC procedures. As an expert in data interpretation, is responsible for preparation and review of analytical data reports.QualificationsM.S. degree in chemistry and at least six years of experience in analytical chemistry, of which at least three years of experience must be directly related to inorganic analysis using ICAP and/or ICAP/MS and/or X-RF, data interpretation, and data review and validation. Minimum of two years of laboratory supervisory/management experience.
