<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Clerk Car SalesJob ID: 51902# Positions: 1Location: US-CA-RiversideCategory: Administrative/ClericalMore information about this job:General Responsibilities:The Car Sales Clerk for the Riverside Store will have the following duties.* Receiving cars and controlling all accounting related to getting cars front line ready for sale.* Completing weekly inventory and controlling all documents related to inventory.* Keeping records, insurance and bids on vendor''s used for reconditioning and facility management.* Accounts payable p-card activity fuel logs and outside vendor receipt''s paid by area PO/Control Clerk will need to be processed and accounted for.* Posting and printing all Buyers Guides and Box scores for merchandising of front line ready inventory.* Send, account for, and post all Car Sales Proceeds for Car Control.* Requirements would also include any cars sales operation listed in 6-1 of our procedure manual. * May perform related clerical work such as word processing. May use company intranet, paging or other computer-based systems. Additional duties may include filing, sorting, mail distribution and completing special clerical projects.* Assist the Location Manager in day to day operations as needed for facilitating Location Sales.* Work with Car Control Clerks with any DMV issues that might come up.Mandatory Requirements:* Must be computer literate, Internet savvy, mathematically strong, telephone proficient, and highly organized.* Good verbal and written communication skills* Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills* Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasksPreferred Requirements :Hertz is a Drug-Free Workplace.
