Ensures quality, consistency in meeting Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for the division. Provides insight and guidance for senior leadership.Develop and implement business initiatives such as cost gap closure, right sizing of the faciltiy, manage staffing etc. Coordinate and assist in development and management of capital expenditure and tooling plan. Enhance operations performance measurement metrics and drive appropriate actions. Oversee project capacity planning and rate readiness initiatives. Responsilble for the control and accountability of all serialized UTAS and customer owned tooling both on site at UTAS facilities and at supplier and/or customer locations. Updates and maintains all tooling records inclusive of tool generation, fixed asset assignment, physical inventory of storage location, manufacturing location and taking actions relative to any tool disposition such as return to owner, update or scrap. Works jointly with tooling Quality Assurance to insure that all incoming and outgoing tools meet design requirements prior to being placed into a manaufacturing location or long term storage.Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or Business related degree plus a minimum of 8 years relevant manufacturing experience. Masters degree and 5 years experience preferred. Ability to drive and manage business initiatives related to Enterprise Excellenance. Strong business acumen with emphasis on analytical skills with a high level of integrity and ethics. Strong PC skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Be able to work in a team environment but also make individual contributions.Excellent communicaiton (written and verbal) skills including presentation skills. Willingness to confront and resolve issues in a respectful manner.Must have the ability to interface with employees at all levels within the organization. Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems. Knowledgable with Import/Export control and ITAR requirements.Due to ITAR restrictions all applicants must either be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident /Greencard holder.% Travel Required: < 10%
