Candidate must have a strong personal commitment to safety and ergonomics and the ability to multi task with strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize work.Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and 5 years of maintenance experience preferably with 2 years inventory management in a manufacturing environment.Structured (CI) Continuous Improvement experience, leading a diverse team with strong interpersonal skills is high preferred.Understanding and application of concepts related to situational management and day to day coaching is highly desiredCandidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills and PC skills in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.Due to ITAR and Export Control all candidates must be a US citizen or current Green Card holder.Required Skills: Strong Interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.% Travel Required: < 10%
