In this position you will be responsible for maintaining manufacturing/material inventory control system by analyzing and reconciling data. Other task include inputs of updated inventory into database(s). Maintenance of work in process status visual controls, floor support working with team leaders and operators. Interfacing with internal and external customers on schedule position and delivery commitments, assisting with cost reduction and continuous improvement activities.Basic Qualifications: Two year Associate degree in related field accepted in lieu of work experience. High School diploma required plus 2 years of related experience.Strong PC functions and abilities. Ability to create and document shipping documents.Ability to handle heavy phone activity with internal and external customers, suppliers, buyers and carriers.Working knowledge of SAP or other MRP system required.Knowledge of inventory control methods and master scheduling preferred.Must be a US Citizen or US Green Card Holder.% Travel Required: 0%
