JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate possesses the following -Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure, -Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, -Self-starter, who is a quick learner and detail-oriented, -Ability to collaborate with team members, -Able to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines. The main areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to -Providing administrative sales support, assisting with targeting and re-qualifying potential clients and researching potential projects, -Providing administrative marketing support, -Providing TEAM Event support by assisting with flyer creation and invitations, coordinating with speakers for bios, presentations, handouts, etc., -Maintaining and expanding contact lists and customer database. Job Requirements - High school graduate with some college coursework in marketing preferable. Computer literacy required.
