This position will focus on managing existing accounts as well as developing new business through multiple distribution channels. The Territory Sales Manager will develop the territorial sales plan, including new account development, retention and marketing strategy. We prefer to have candidates located in Riverside, California.Responsibilities:Our sales team is responsible for managing current accounts towards profitability as well as generating new business through new agent relationships and book conversions. Reps will sell all product lines, and will be rewarded on balancing growth with profitability. This position will conduct training sessions with accounts, by demonstrating a good working knowledge of all products and distribution channels within AMIG. This position will also be responsible for prospects for new Independent Agents, General Agents, and Point of Sale business.Qualifications:We target individuals with an enthusiasm for sales and a drive for results. We strongly prefer a Bachelor''s Degree and previous relevant sales experience. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience, property and casualty insurance sales experience is strongly preferred. You must have self-motivation, creativity, and good decision quality. Candidates must also be goal-oriented and self starters.
