Full time position available.  Hours and shifts will vary.  Select, train, supervise, develop, discipline, and counsel team members.  Proven ability to demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards.  Ability to resolve team member and guest related problems. Greet and seat guest, answer telephone and take reservations, organize and assign side work.  Work server shifts when needed. Tend bar when needed.  Must be able to stand for up to 8hrs and lift up to 65lbs.  Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
