In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and long-term site and business goals.Essential Responsibilities In addition, you will:* Provide guidance to site Operations and Maintenance team on all EHS issues* Provide Title V air permit management including administering requirements to maintain compliance with permit conditions* Program level II RMP compliance management* Initiate and implement integration of Business EHS policies and procedures into site practices* Implement / modify written site EHS programs and procedures to ensure company compliance* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of applicable site permit condition regulatory requirements, both air and water* Work with consultants and contractors on related site EHS issues* Implement and maintain compliance tracking and recordkeeping for managing and improving EHS site programs* Conduct EHS training and implement as required to site personnel* Conduct root cause analysis of safety and environmental incidents* Work with site team to develop and implement corrective actions related to safety and environmental incidents* Develop and work with site team focusing on EHS program development, implementation and improvement* Measure progress toward successfully meeting corporate expectations* Integrate EHS function with site operations* Promote an emphasis on providing a strong EHS culture to site personnel* Provide safety and industrial hygiene support to site* Manage department budget* Act as subject matter expert on air / water regulations as they pertain to site permitsQualifications/Requirements * Bachelor
