The successful candidate is responsible for performing commercial audio-visual systems installation and integration duties.  Applies knowledge and understanding of signal  cable types, terminations, rack fabrication, projector  screen mounting, and video  audio conferencing.  Candidates should be experienced with different cable and connector types such as solder, crimp and CAT5 terminations.
They should be familiar with
Projector mounts and motorized lifts
Screens, microphones
Audio processors
Control systems and video conferencing Polycom, Extron, Crestron  AMX
Job Requirements
5+ years previous commercial audio-visual experience
Professional knowledge and experience physically installing projection screens, projectors, displays, ceiling speakers, microphones, and equipment racks
Possess the ability to run cable, use hand/power tools, solder, and crimp
Ability to read plans, room and equipment layouts
Understand line drawing and rack elevations
Have a positive outlook with a strong sense of motivation and organization
Able to perform tasks safely and efficiently, and in a timely manner
Ability to understand quality performance and attention to detail
Able to lift 75lbs or more
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to listen and follow directions
Drivers license with reliable transportation to work and clean driving record
Some travel required
Regular attendance and occasional overtime required
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as dictated by business needs
Must be able to pass a drug screen and fingerprint background check to meet badging requirements at some onsite facilities.
Friendly and professional communication with staff and customers
