<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>The Health Services Coordinator will assist the Health Services Department meet the medical needs of clients including accompany clients to medical appointments and maintain medical data (on line and hard copy). The Health Services Coordinator is an integral part of a team, communicating with managers, staff, doctors, family members and clients regarding the health and safety of our clients.The Cedars of Marin has thrived since 1919. Our success stems from how we treat our clients - as individuals deserving of respect, personal choice, and the chance to develop interests, skills, and independence.There’s a feeling of family among the approximately 100 people served at the residential care homes on our Ross campus and our ten community-based homes in Novato and San Rafael. Our unique and innovative day programs serve up to 150 individuals each weekday. Off-hours are spent enjoying music, art, sports, nature and, above all, friendship.*Love of People.*Desire to help others achieve their full potential.*Common sense and good judgement.*Ability to think ahead and take initiative.*Use email and computer.*Require COR and First Aid certifications or ability to acquire it.*MUST be able to drive a regular passenger van; VALID drivers license; CLEAN DMV record.*Pass criminal background check.*Pass physical and meet physical requirements of job, including passing a TB test.*Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.Benefits Available for Full Time, Regular Employees;1.
