We are looking for proven leaders to manage and influence our facility maintenance programs, lead team management and technicians, assess, develop and implement process improvements to develop a industry leading maintenance program supporting our manufacturing, processing and distribution activities. Assist in ensuring our facilities remain compliant with all regulatory requirements, including food safety, safety and environmental concerns. Will develop capital projects, effective training programs, while staying abreast on cutting edge technology.

Position Responsibilities <br>
The Senior Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the site production maintenance activities and a multi-million dollar maintenance budget. This individual will lead direct reports who supervise the maintenance technicians. This individual must be fully aligned as a technical resource to help achieve manufacturing goals in the areas of safety, cost, quality and service to customers.<br><br>
Position Qualifications<br>
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technical field from an accredited university/college<br>
3-10 years manufacturing/operations/maintenance experience in a CPG Company<br>
Prior experience managing a supervisory staff and/or project engineers<br>
Prior experience managing a department with performance KPI <br>
Prior Role in an organizational change initiative, preferably as a leader<br>
Prior experience managing a budget<br>
Strong effective communication<br>
Strong organizational skills<br>
Understands lean manufacturing, six sigma, kaizen, etc.<br>
Strong focus on Safety<br>
Ability to travel <br><br>
