Educational activities include in-services, competency validation and are consistent with the mission, vision, goals, and specified service lines of Community Hospital of San Bernardino (CHSB). The Clinical Educator serves as a facilitator of student experiences and is involved in multidisciplinary committees and task groups in the development of hospital policies, procedures and quality improvement activities. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values.
