Assess customer test requirements and generate cost estimates for use in customer quotes. Design fluid test systems that meet customer test requirementsDevelop test procedures and test plans. Manage team to procure materials, develop and setup hardware and software to support tests. Work with data acquisition systems and control systems to continually improve test control and data recording. Analyze and review data to ensure that test system is operating as expected. Provide reports and document test results. Develop novel ways site-wide to streamline processes and increase the reliability and efficiency of testing operations. Ensure safety of personnel and equipment during all phases of operation.This opportunity requires a bachelor''s degree (or higher) in an Engineering field with 5-10 years experience testing high pressure fluid systems including gases, cryogenics, and liquid. A minimum 2 years experience as the test team lead in managing complex test programs is required. Hands-on experience with testing and data acquisition required. The qualified candidate will possess experience in the specification, procurement, setup and verification of performance of fluid systems including valves, pumps, regulators and other flow control devices with knowledge of PID control tuning. Strong Project management background with excellent track record of meeting cost and schedule objectives required and excellent people skills and ability to communicate well with customers. Hands-on work with testing and data acquisition.
