<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>**Please note the posting duration may be shortened based on job seeker volume** SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with one day off during the week TBD; Saturday 7-4 (Shifts are subject to change based on business needs.) TRAINING START DATE: December 3, 2012 - January 4, 2013 TRAINING HOURS: 8am - 5pm Responsible for responding to phone inquiries from customers, title companies, and internal personnel regarding loans. Functions include: answering questions pertaining to all areas of loan servicing including payment research, taxes, insurance, loan modifications and assumptions, prepayments, payoffs, adjustable rate loans, credit reporting, and lien perfection; researching and analyzing problems and recommending solutions; conducting periodic audits of files; may also coordinate property inspections, lien priority and loan disbursements in accordance with loan documentation; may perform procedures related to advances and pay downs, funds wiring and disbursement process. Within the commercial business is responsible for payment processing, check disbursements, tax payments, imaging and document management. Verifies accuracy of data input and related records. Researches, resolves and corrects moderately complex loan servicing processes and related records. Contacts a variety of internal and external customers to obtain/ validate information. Performs high volume, time sensitive tasks related to the loan servicing process (i.e. processing, claims, etc.) requiring research and problem-solving with high degree of accuracy and control.Basic Qualifications: 6+ months experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment.Minimum Qualifications: * 6+ months of call center experience. * Call center experience within a default/collections environment. * Excellent problem solving skills. * Advanced written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working in a high volume/fast paced environment. * Excellent computer and typing skills. This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo''s compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
