POSITION SUMMARY=
Maintain and administer the flow of spare parts, MRO, and general supplies for the EFC Maintenance Department in a professional manner with a high degree of accuracy.  Maintain all inventory using CMMS software to ensure critical spare parts and building related supplies are on hand and purchased to maximize R  M budget compliance.  Support specialized projects through procurement of specialized materials, services, and equipment.  In addition, provide administrative support duties that will drive the overall performance and uptime of the EFC MHE system in accordance with the buildings annual objectives.**
RESPONSIBILITIES=
1.Receive and process all incoming spare parts, MRO, and miscellaneous supplies for the building.  Distribute to appropriate areas as necessary.
2.Routine inspection and preventative maintenance of all Kohls tools.  Ensure tools are in good working condition, engrave Kohls tools and replace damaged and/or lost tools
3.Regular inventory of on-hand parts capitalized and expensed, and report it back to corporate on a monthly basis. Recommend stock levels.  Create purchase orders to replace depleted stock levels, order stock as needed.
4.Negotiate with vendors to ensure we are getting best price.  Maintain updated contact lists of all vendors, city officials, corporate contacts, etc. for the purposes of business continuity and regulatory/insurance compliance.
5.Ensure all Preventative maintenance instructions are updated and add new ones in the DataStream system
6.Create Corrective and Preventative maintenance work orders as needed using the DataStream computer system.
7.Ensure parts are ready for mechanics when needed for breakdowns.
       Inspection of lighting only
8.Perform weekly inspection of fire prevention equipment, pallet racking, etc. for damage.
9.Work with/assist outside contractors to perform various duties.
10.Sort/stack/load pallets, cardboard, aluminum, steel and light bulbs for recycling.
11.Set up/take down meeting rooms.
12.Upkeep of yard area, as needed
13.Operation of Sweeper and Scrubber, as necessary
14.Adhere to company policies and procedures  follow department training manual guidelines and standard operating procedures
15.Maintain all safety records and documentation of OSHA recordable incidents.
16.Comply with all Material Safety Data Sheet MSDS standards and lock out/tag out procedures.
17.Other duties as assigned**
QUALIFICATIONS=
1.Proficient with Microsoft Office software Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
2.Ability to research and provide analysis through web browsing Internet Explorer
3.Ability to follow instructions and take directions with minimal supervision
4.Physical activity includes standing/walking up to 8-12 hours shifts with scheduled breaks, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and pushing on a regular basis.  Frequent movement of cartons and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 100 lbs. with assistance on an occasional basis.
7.Ability to use cleaning/disinfecting solutions, oil and equipment according to MSDS procedures
8.Read, write, and perform basic math operations using a calculator.
9.Ability to climb ladders and run all power equipment, with training.**
