The Accelerated Management Program consists of a series of rotational job assignments, typically 3 months in length, to develop supervisory, and leadership skills and to gain a broader, working knowledge of the organization.  The program is generally 12-18 months in length, depending on the experiences of the successful candidate and all activity will focus on gaining functional knowledge, managerial skills, and mortgage industry experience. Classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, cross-functional projects, and other related events will augment rotation assignments.  In addition, cross-functional assignments will be designated to each program participant working with other business support organizations or other business units within Wells Fargo. After completion of the development program, candidates will be considered for internal leadership opportunities at any of the various Mortgage Servicing locations.  The ideal candidate will be open to the following program criteria: - This position is a full-time exempt level position - Relocation is not required however it is desirable - There will be some travel required - Depending on the job rotation assignments, the work schedule may include off-shift  work (12-9pm, 10am - 8pm, etc.), as well as work beyond the 8 hour workday - This program will take place in the San Bernardino, CA Servicing Center therefore   team members should be located in San Bernardino, CA area.  Recruiting Process Overview:  - On-line profiles will be reviewed by Recruiter; phone interviews scheduled with  candidates that most closely meet the hiring criteria - After completion of first round on phone interviews the most qualified candidates will  be asked to submit the following documents :    **Formal resume, professional biography, letters of recommendation and any     other documentation that supports his/her candidacy for the program - Upon the gathering of the above information panel Interviews will be scheduled with  finalists - There could potentially be multiple rounds of interviews and finalists could potentially  meet with Senior Level Managers - Finalists will be kept informed of his/her progress throughout the process by the  Recruiting Team via phone or e-mailMinimum Qualifications: Leadership and credibility will be determining factors in selection.
