The Quality Manager provides expertise in the areas of clinical process improvement methodologies, quality metrics, and local and national quality initiatives related to clinical integration. The Quality Manager reports to the SCICN Executive Director and is an employee of Inland Health Organization of Southern California, Inc., doing business as MedProVidex, a physician support organization owned by Dignity Health.The Quality Manager will provide guidance for all quality management aspects of SCICN, which currently consists of two "Chapters": the Inland Empire Chapter and the Ventura County Chapter. More Chapters are anticipated in the future. Additionally, the Quality Manager works collaboratively with the SCICN Medical and Executive Director, and the local hospital and physician quality management staff.
