Our Mortgage Team: Supports the nation s leading originator and servicer of residential mortgages. This position will be responsible for supporting fulfillment team members located within the Private Mortgage Banking (PMB) fulfillment sites in Minneapolis,MN and San Bernardino, CA and secondary PMB locations in Bedford, TX, Rancho Bernardo,CA and Denver, CO fulfillment sites for delivery and support of national, division, and regional initiatives. This role involves working closely with implementation team peers in all divisions, the National Implementation team, as well as fulfillment and sales leadership. The primary focus will be PMB Fulfillment, however, this role may be called upon to assist with sales support from time to time. This position will be assigned to provide support to multiple sites which will be subject to change as the needs are determined by PMB Leadership and changing market conditions. Creates an environment for change based upon situational awareness and the team members impacted by the change; identifies potential risks, points of resistance and collaborates on a plan to mitigate and/or address the concerns. Delivers comprehensive fulfillment training (related to products, compliance, business process and technology) in order to create a standard knowledge base for team. Monitors participation and tracks effectiveness of coaching protocols and training programs; provides reporting to management. Provides fulfillment coaching and support within the assigned fulfillment site. Acts as a product knowledge and business process resource for fulfillment and fulfillment management. May assist in developing new coaching protocols and/or training courses associated with the introduction of new products or services. Analyzes performance to identify developmental needs. Acts as a business partner in providing necessary tools and resources to fulfillment members to help attain business goals. Develops and maintains relationships with fulfillment leaders and team members. Keeps informed on new methods, techniques and developments associated with adult learning. Provides a clear vision and prepares the leadership team to be advocates for change. Assist the implementation team in training and support of home loan processors and sales team members within the division as needed. Maintains up to date knowledge of mortgage industry news and regulatory changes. Cross reference solutions ("connect the dots") for Fulfillment, Sales and Home Office. Sound troubleshooting skills; ability to make in-flight course corrections as priorities shift. Salary will be commensurate with the position at the level hired and in accordance with Area Differential classifications.Basic Qualifications: 4+ years training, sales, or marketing experience.Minimum Qualifications: - 3 years mortgage industry experience. - Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, partner, and influence as well as, deliver results in a matrix environment. - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities while working independently and as a member of
