As appropriate, designs, develops, implements, evaluates and revises the delivery of service to ensure optimal patient and operational outcomes. Through direct supervision of assigned directors, managers and staff, manages physician relationship development, financial and budgetary goals, implementation of strategic plans and business initiatives and policies and procedures development. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Missions of St. Bernardine Medical Ceneter and Community Hosptial of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Dignity Health Core Values. The employee shall support the overall strategic plans and the goals and direction of the quality improvement/process improvement activities. Requirements:Requirments: Five or more years ancillary department leadership experience in major acute healthcare institution; Demonstrated track record in translating vision to the operations level and achieving strategic objectives. Master''s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related discipline.
