Starting salary $12 per hour during first month of 3 months training/probation. $14 per hour for the other two months. $16 per hour  benefits thereafter. Were looking for a great employee whose quality of work will be an asset to our company. Stability and a work history of staying with jobs for the long term definitely a plus.
No carpet cleaning experience necessary, well train. Customer service and physical work experience a plus. Part time now, full time in near future. No visible tattoos or piercing. Good verbal and communication skills. Ability to occasionally lift 95 pounds or so and do heavy physical work required. Must be available 24-30 hours Tuesday through Friday currently and occasional evenings and weekends. Must be available to put in extra time as needed.
Job duties
Do carpet and upholstery cleaning. Carry and transport rugs. Be organized and pay attention to detail. Prepare tools and cleaning agents, as requested. Communicate courteously and positively with clients. Drive a van. Arrange and clean van after jobs. Take direction from and communicate clearly with company owner. Keep a clean and presentable appearance. Need to be able to start work day at 800 a.m. in San Bruno, usually done 4/5 pm.
Honesty, reliability and being punctual are a must.
You will NOT be required to work on commission, do high pressure sales, upsell anything, use your vehicle for business, or be an independent contractor.
