Some of the duties & responsibilities include:* Assisting new customers during the connection process and for the ongoing technical support and additional training of existing customers, including extensive involvement with site changes required during open enrollment.* Assisting customers during the connection process by providing additional hands-on assistance and training to ensure that the customer understands the initial reconcile process, overall BeneTrac processes, and navigation of their BeneTrac site.* Researching and responding to carrier discrepancy reports, verifying correct plan structure and making appropriate updates to get electronic feeds in production within a timely manner.* Tracking the implementation process systematically from beginning to end using internal tools and resources. * Assisting existing customers with operational support in the form of email and phone communication by identifying and resolving customer production issues by troubleshooting and analyzing plan setup.* Working with carriers to ensure the accuracy of electronic eligibility processes.* Providing ongoing training of customers on the full utilization of BeneTrac features.* Fine tuning BeneTrac design per customer's request.* Acting as an advocate for customers and brokers to communicate software bugs or new functionality requests to the engineering staff* Using effective communication skills to manage a successful customer relationship.* Consistently striving to improve efficiency of Benefit Analyst's and customer's responsibilities.* Executing complex configuration changes in BeneTrac system in response to customer or carrier needs throughout the year, including demographic or account structure changes.* Responsible for system setup, testing, and production of plan year renewal changes,* Assisting carrier liaison in completion of daily carrier discrepancy reports and as a customer liaison for engineering, EDI, sales, and management inquiries.* Acting as a back-up to Implementation Specialist for phone/email assistance.A minimum of 3 years of experience as a trained data auditor is required. Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience. One year of experience on the BeneTrac system is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Hum
