<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Summary of Responsibilities Manage caseload of families who participate in the Alternative Payment Program. Conduct individual interviews with parents to determine economic status as related to eligibility. Enroll new families into the Alternative Payment Program and maintain eligibility certification. Monitor caseload to ensure compliance with federal, state and Agency rules and regulations. Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives and procedures for the Alternative Payment Program.
Minimum Qualifications Prefer Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Human Services, or related field plus one year related experience and/or training in case management or equivalent combination of education and experience in which prioritization and organization skills were necessary, and ability to work with deadlines. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Criteria Bachelors Degree in early childhood education or related field. Knowledge of community resources and their relationship to program needs. Alternative Payment Program funding terms and conditions, and regulations and guidelines for determining family eligibility for subsidized child care services. Bilingual/Somali/Arabic/Vietnamese/Spanish preferred.
