KES, Inc. seeks a Clerk III/Requisition Maintenance Clerk to support Naval Aviation Depot on North Island Naval base. The Clerk III position performs a variety of technical support duties related to maintaining accounts and records, processing documents into applicable supply system, completing individual transactions, providing customer assistance, updating various records and spreadsheets The position requires some on the job training Duties will require ability to exercise independent judgment in accordance with well established procedures. Retrieve information from Naval Supply System, MTO, Conops, NDMS program and other Website programs and applications. .
Candidate must have
Thorough knowledge of standardized supply system and Naval Aviation Depot regulations.
2+ years of Logistics/Supply experience
Working knowledge of the following systems NIMMS, MRPII ,Compass Contract, One Touch OTS, WEBCATS, MILSTRIP, DOD-EMALL, Material Manager Plus MMP, and Material Productivity Tool MPT.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Position requires a Secret Government clearance or the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
