We are looking for a detail oriented individual to compliment our Affordable Housing Compliance Team. The successful candidate will be a team player, professional, flexible, demonstrate good interpersonal skills, and able to travel monthly as needed. This position is fast-paced and the individual must be able to meet critical deadlines. The basic responsibilities include monitoring program compliance with tenant files, assisting in management review and audits, processing monthly reports and other related duties.
Requirements
1-2 years previous experience working in the apartment management industry
Knowledge and experience in the daily operations of affordable housing programs such as Section 42/Tax Credit, Project Based Section 8, BMIR, Bond and Home
Experience with HUD property management a plus!
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Must have a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
