We are also a major supplier to international space programs.In 2012, UTC Aerospace Systems was formed by combining two industry leaders, Hamilton Sundstrand and Goodrich, creating an organization with key positions on a wide range of aircraft flying today and substantial content on various UAVs, satellites and ground and naval vehicles.The auxiliary power unit and small turbojet propulsion business of Hamilton Sundstrand Power Systems became Pratt & Whitney AeroPower on July 27, 2012. This position of Contract Specialist would play an important part of this new organization.Manage and administer business related issues associated with complex commercial and/or government contracts. Independently draft and negotiate various agreements, and ensure flowdown to functional organizations. Provide business, compliance and risk mitigation support to Program Office, Marketing, Customer Support, and functional areas. Interpret and process customer Requests for Proposals, including terms and conditions analysis and preparation of price proposals.
