DATA ENTRY PRODUCT SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

Inspect and describe incoming products, in order to help our customers make an informed decision about their footwear and accessory choices.
Clean and prepare each finished product with care to make the best impression and create customer satisfaction. Help facilitate companys mission in providing our customers the best value in footwear and accessories.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Record data accurately for footwear into company database
- Identify and describe shoe type and other attributes
- Input product specifications into listing software and research missing information through various resources
- Inspect and clean shoes nicely for quality assurance and a great customer impression
- Coordinate warehouse placement of product
Must Haves
- Strong Work Ethic -- reliable, dependable, goes the extra mile, and has a sense of urgency
- Customer Focused --keeps our customers satisfaction in mind in all aspects of their work
- Continuous Improvement --always be looking for ways to improve the organization and themselves.
- Value Driven --creative, use resources wisely, and can do more with less.
- Fun Attitude -- easy going, able to laugh, celebrates, and enjoys co-workers company while being respectful and productive.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
- Must be able to meet high quality and production output demands with a quota while working relatively unsupervised
- Must be very detailed oriented and able to do daily repetitive tasks
- Must have strong and accurate data entry skills, able to type 40 WPM
- Must have good grammar and spelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Windows XP, and Firefox
Comments
Hours Department open from 630AM to 500PM Must complete 8 hours within that time frame. Monday-Friday. Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, 401k.
