Organize deliveries by geographic area and
scheduled appointments Review paperwork for
completeness and accuracy Record deliveries
according to internal procedures. Maintain
compliance with DOT regulations pertaining to
delivery and transportation of products. Transfer
chemical from drums utilizing transfer equipment
into storage tanks in accordance with ChemTreat,
customer, and regulatory requirements and
procedures Return containers drums to warehouse
Communicate any delivery issues to warehouse
manger.
Represent Trident in a professional and courteous
manner Assist/Provide customer with product
information as needed Ensure delivery is neat and
orderly. Communicate customer feedback to manager
and service/sales reps.
Maintain all required logs for Transportation
agencies, OSHA, etc. Report all exceptions to
management immediately. Ensure bills of ladings
and delivery paperwork is turned in promptly after
delivery, including vehicle trip records and
inspections logs, equipment logs.
Communicate tank and equipment issues at customer
sites to ensure timely replacement and repair of
existing equipment.
Keep all required equipment in good working order
Replace as needed.
Follow appropriate EHS procedures and policy which
may include the identificaton and proper handling
of hazardous waste.
