<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: Facility Security ManagerLocation: USA-California-San DiegoOther Locations:Responsible for implementing all applicable requirements of the NISPOM for 3 divisions of L-3 Communications colocated at a facility in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego. Active use of JPAS and In-depth experience with Government procedures and policies, including Operations Security requirements and preparation of deliverable documentation.; maintaining security files, secure phones, COMSEC and cryptographic equipment; checking and initialing secure containers on a daily basis; maintaining overall building security; ensuring proper handling of classified materials; ensuring division security procedures meet DoD requirements; providing security training to personnel; review and editing classified documents; and receiving, packaging, and shipping classified packages.Assists the Division Security Manager in developing and administering programs to minimize security risks, liabilities, losses to corporate assets, property, personnel, and foreign travel security. Works closely with the Division Security Manager in conducting facility security assessments to evaluate the facility security programs and posture. Implement procedures to ensure the facility security progroms conformity to Division information assurance program that includes safeguards for protection of classified and company proprietary information. Provides assistance to division management and security managers on security issues and program security analysis support and assistance on contractual Government security requirements and offers support in resolving all security issues. Participates in development of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Emergency Response Plans; monitors compliance with corporate security policies and Government contractual requirements; establishes a facility Security Operating Plan encompassing the division's specific goals, strategies, operations, structure, and requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Work Place Violence Plans, Counterintelligence Program/Plans, Proprietary Protection Plans, Training and Security Policies/Procedures, etc. Experience in the following: Visitor control, security clearance administration, asset protection, emergency response, export control and creation and enforcement of company policies and procedures as well as currently or previously held the position as a FSO. In addition to a DoD environment, very strongly prefer experience with SCIF and SAP requirements/programs. Position requires the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.Requires a well-rounded knowledge of industrial and government security requirements. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and five (5) years of related experience required.Previous management experience is required. Experience with SCI and SAP as well as directing of the security of a multiple facility organization (MFO) is desirable.Candidate must have and active Top Security Clearance with recent experience with managing SCI programs and current experience as an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM).
