Performs a wide variety of complex duties related to the handling of Financial Solutions functions under the general supervision of the AVP, Financial Solutions.   Strives for excellence in member service and abides by all USE Credit Unions Service Basics.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Minimum two years of related experience and/or training.  Previous credit counseling, real estate, or bankruptcy experience is preferred.  Banking and/or credit union experience preferred.  Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.  Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.  Must have great customer service skills and be able to multi-task.  Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills.  Ability to use Word for Windows, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly.  Knowledge of XP Systems is a plus.  Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
