<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Job Requisition Number:68753Category:Information Systems - SecurityPrimary Location:San Diego, CA, USSecurity Clearance:SecretClearance Status:Must be CurrentSchedule:Full TimeType of Travel:Continental USPercent of Travel Required:Up to 25%Description:Develop IA compliance documentation for the Program Offices in PEO LMW in accordance with DIACAP requirements.Run security scans using e-eye-Retina, Microsoft Gold Disk or LINUX SRR scanning tools.- Advise Program Office and Program Manager regarding Information Assurance regulations and standards, and recommend courses of action.- Produce IA documentation on behalf of the Program Manager.- Conduct CPI Assessments and produce Program Protection Plans.- Conduct vulnerability testing and IA Vulnerability Alert management.- Conduct contingency planning pursuant of revisions in Department of the Navy (DoN) and Department of Defense IA policy.- Assist in the implementation of network-related STIG''s- Assist in the implementation of OS-related (Windows Server 2003 and Linux/Generic UNIX) STIG''s- Assist in subsequent Certification Test and Evaluations (CT&E)- Assist in the implementation of the ISD IA Process (execution of IAVM and CTO''s and IA validation scans using RETINA and Gold Disk)- Assist in the analysis and implementation of data-at-rest solutions- Periodically review the network architecture and IP diagrams for consistency with the IA validation scans- Periodically review the Software Version Description (SVD) for consistency with the IA validation scans- Assist in creating the documentation in support of the Platform Information Technology (PIT) Authority to Operate (ATO)/ Platform Risk Approval (PRA);- Update PIT Request for designation if required;- Develop and maintain the IA Control Traceability Matrix Spreadsheet;- Brief the IA validation scan results; Assist in the development of the Residual Risk Report and associated Risk Assessments.- Document and maintain the Ports, Protocols, and Services List- Assist in writing and implementing the ISD IA Strategy- Assume responsibility for IA reporting through OCRS-     Typically requires a bachelors degree (Ideally in Information Assurance) or equivalent andfive to seven years of related experience.-- Security+ Certification or higher must be obtained within the first 12 months of employment- US Citizenship & Active Secret Clearance OR Ability to obtain-Desired Qualifications:-- CISSP Certification & up to three years of experience.
